5 months on SBD looking for a small group to join
 

Hello, I have been on the Beach for 5 months. I was on a small forum at Prevention. I am sad to say that our group slowly disbanded. I am looking for a group that has been on the beach less than a year. I have a few friends that will come over as well. Let me know of your group so that we can chose one to join. Thanks ;)

Hi, there are all kinds of chicks on the beach here ones that have just started to ones that have been on for a long time. Come on over and pull up a chair and enjoy life at the beach.

Yes, MsJulia, it is one big group but we are very close and love to welcome new members. You will find a daily thread that most people post in. We have a monthly weight challenge thread as well as a monthly exercise challenge one. Then people start new threads whenever they have a question or just something to say. We are pretty flexible here. Why don't you join in and see how you like it? Everyone here is pretty supportive. ;)

Yes, we're just one big group. We have a "daily" thread just for chat (all are welcome!), and there are lots of other threads with support/FAQ/recipes.
We'd love to have you join us... we're all at different stages on South Beach, but the support here is great, and we do have fun, too. ;)

Welcome! This is a fabulous group of women who are very supportive! I currently just post on occasion, b/c I am pregnant, but you will find everyone to be great. :)

I will be back with a vengance late June/early July. :cheer:
