  • Heres what I have been eating, does it seem right?

    Breakfast: mock french toast
    skim milk



    lunch: V8, fat free cheese, veggies (cucumbers, celery, red pepper), cashews

    snack: peanut butter

    dinner: turkey and cooked veggies

    dessert: ricotta creme
  • Yes that seems right but the nut allotment is one serving a day (2 TB nut butter OR 1 oz. nuts) so you will need to choose one or the other but not both.
