Last night's softball recap:
Step 1) See Signature.
Step 2) See Renee hit the ball.
Step 3) See Renee reach second base on said hit ball.
Step 4) See Renee do that a second time in the next inning.

Eric: "Hey Renee, I've never seen you move so fast!! What's gotten into you?"
Renee: "Nothing! 20lbs has gotten out of me!"

Wow that felt so awesome! Very sore today too, but loving it. I have a big ole smile on my face!

Okay, so I had one day of cheating which was planned (for Election Day). I gained FOUR pounds. Sheesh! Down a half a pound today but blech!

Jessica... One cheat day can really pack on the pounds! I have had that happen to me before! Hang on it will be gone before you know it.
Anchor... Oh I have those days. Not today but I have them. Tomorrow is a new day!

Hi Chickies - just checking in.
Sounds like we are all getting really FOCUSED. Thats great. Yeah.

A woman I work with has been asking me about SBD and wants to start eating/losing that way with her husband, so I told her about 3FC (but she's not much of a computer person) and printed her out some tips and a sample menu. Seems like we might have two more converts...They are going shopping for food this weekend.

Another woman I work with is on some kind of diet but she hasn't disclosed her eating plan. All I know is that she eats a Hot Pocket every day for lunch!! HHHmmm ........ whats up with THAT???

Yesterday I had dinner in a nice restaurant. I ordered the veg plate and it was out of this world. All the veg were very fresh and cooked to perfection with no added butter or sauces. So what's the problem? I CHEATED WITH VEGETABLES - Ha Ha Ha. Ok, so I'm doing phase 1 this week and my veg plate had broccoli, 1/2 broiled tomato, cauliflower, plus baby carrots and tiny peas - and I ate it all. I wonder how this will affect my results for this week?

Sher, I'm sorry you're having a hard time! Please, please add veggies in! You need them!!! All that protein will make you sick and you will be hungry a lot without a balanced diet. Try adding veggies to the meals you have...a huge salad with lots of good veggies (not just lettuce) at lunch, rather than a small one. You know what I'm talking about. :) :grouphug:

Thanks to everyone who let me know I'm not alone with the sizes thing. :rolleyes: It's weird, but at the same time, good to know that I'm not crazy! ;)

Renee, GOOD FOR YOU!!! :hat: :cp: :cb: That is awesome!!! I love how my body can move now that so many pounds are gone! :D I bet you are flying around those bases now!

Jessica, on SBD the pounds fly on when you cheat, especially with a lot of the bad things. However, they also tend to fly right off. If you cheated on more than one thing, you might want to do a couple days of Phase 1 to detox the sugar out of your system. :shrug:

Hi chickies!

I thought I'd check in after being away for a while! I began P1 on Monday and I am going strong even though I am probably consuming too much coffee. I am going to work on cutting it down to one large cup instead of 2 large cups. :coffee: I also stepped on the scale this morning and was surprised to find that I am already down 6 pounds without a whole lot of suffering. A grrl could get used to this! :lol:
