My First Weigh In

I had my first weigh-in this morning and I've lost 4 pounds. I know that once my back feels better and I can start exercising again, I'll lose more, but 4 pounds is a good start. I'm totally psyched! :hyper:

I have to go to the chiropractor in a little while. I have given up on my back getting better by itself. It's a little stressful to go because it always feels like he's going to pull my head off. (He once told me that the ones that come off, he keeps in jars in the back.) :fr:
