Phase I Results

14.5 pounds!

Yes, after my 14 days of ****, I got on the scale and lost a whopping 14.5 pounds. I know, I rock! Woo! WOO! *doin a little dance* I am very excited with the results and hope that they'll continue into Phase II. To celebrate Phase II, I ate an apple.

Yay!

Way to go Jessica, I better hurry up and lose some weight! ;)

Congratulations for a great job! 14.5 pounds gone is a a grerat motivator for the next phase!
