It's working!

I am so excited! I just started SBD this week and am down 3 1/2 pounds already! I wasn't going to weigh myself, but I was curious and boy, am I glad I did!

I haven't been below 245 in years!

Aileen (pretty name!), you are doing great! I know, weighing yourself a lot (which we tend to call "being a scale ho" :lol: ) is not something we're supposed to do, but most of us do it anyway. ;) I tend to find it either enlightening or very energizing, so I think it's fine! :D

Congrats, and look out 230's, here Aileen comes!!! :D
