Made a pot roast last night
 

Made it in the crock pot - my first since starting SBD. Yumm, it was so good. Made potatoes and peas for DH, and for myself I had carrots, mushrooms and 3 types of summer squash, and with a bit of the juice from the roast it was just as satisfying as it used to be with the potatoes and peas. Having left overs tonite :)

Sounds yummy and reminds me I have a roast in the freezer I think I will put on for supper tonight!

Yum! I made this awhile ago and put big chunks of onion, celery, carrot and whole mushrooms in the pot to cook in the juices then scooped them out for my vegies - delicious!
