I love the kilo thing too. I am 72 kilos adn my goal is 55 kilos. My protein is 57 grams a day. I'll ahve to track it and see how I do. Yes, I tried fitday and it was too time consuming and frustrating! They didn't recognize edamame! And I'm not going to spend time customizing it!

Laurie- when you mentioned the tuna limits you said not albacore. Is the albacore better or worse than the regular tuna? I only eat the white tune (albacore). Thanks for all the good info!

thanks Laurie...I was def eating WAY too much peanut butter!! and peanuts..could be a reason for why I am stuck...hmmm...great Info!!

Sandi--thought I would reply quickly to your tuna question: plain "light" or "chunk light" tuna is BETTER for you than albacore (in addition to being cheaper) because it contains less mercury. Albacore tuna are a larger species, and the larger a fish is, the more other fish it has eaten, and the more mercury has built up in its body. If you can stand sardines or herring, they are even lower in mercury and have similar Omega-3 benefits.
