Today is the day......

Hi Yall....how does it go...today is the first day of the rest of my life!
That is my attitude going into this. Not a diet but a new lifestyle. I know it will work...I just need motivation. I think I can get the motivation and support right here! You are a great group of supporters and seem to have a great knowledge of this lifestyle.....so, here I go!!!!!!
