I wanted to check in to let you know that I'm doing okay and have not fallen off the face of the earth, lol. I have gained 12 lbs back :o I'm eating things I shouldn't while recuperating from my surgery.
I have decided to give WW a go (their new Core program) because I need the weekly meetings/accountability and the Core seems an awful lot like SB. :D

Hi Rose and big hugs. Right now I'd think it's more important for you to recuperate than to lose weight! Yes, CORE is very similar to South Beach. Please keep posting here and let us know how you are faring.
