yogurt and fruit
 

Hello Again,

I'm back at work and have not posted in a long time. However, I have lost 20 pounds (although sometimes that ranges between 18 - 20).

Here's my question - now that blueberry and strawberry season is disappearing, what fruits of winter will taste good mixed in yogurt? Will the frozen berries be just as good as the fresh?

hi carol welcome back!! i use frozen berries especially blueberries and they taste great with yogurt. you have to get used to the slightly mushy texture since all berries seem to loose something after freezing but as an alternative to fresh i like them. JMHO.

I'm with Jodi... the frozen blueberries aren't bad at all. Actually, I do buy mixed bags of berries, and those are alright, too. It's good mixed with a little high-fibre cereal, as well. (NOT Phase I!)
