Ketosis

Is there any reason that someone on Phase 1 of SB would be in ketosis? I'm asking cause on another board it appears that someone is, and I think she must be doing something wrong. She is complaining of a metallic taste, fruity odor, etc. - all signs of ketosis, right?

Sure is! She has probably cut her carbs too low and is not eating legumes. Just meat and low carb veggies can put you into ketosis which is why we include dairy and legumes.
