Well one week down, and I can feel my stomach going down. A few times I would be around the no-no foods, and I wanted to scream. But afterwards I was SO glad I stayed way from them. Thank you for all your messages and I really think I can do this. This is wonderful support system and it helps alot. I even signed up for a membership at a gym!!

That is the hardest week on SBD, and you MADE it!!!

Good going on joining a gym...that can really enhance your weightloss and is a great step on your way to getting healthy!!!
