Back from vacation!

Hi Everyone!

I'm back from my vacation in Minnesota. While I was there I put on 4 pounds which wasn't as bad as I expected it to be but still 4 pounds too many. I feel like I've put on more than that! :moo: I'm back on P1 again today hoping that I can really focus. September will be a lot less busy for me so I will use that extra time to think about myself and my health! :strong:
