I Reached my Sept 1st Goal Early!
 

15 lbs!!!

My goal for Sept 1st was to lose 15 lbs... 230-215, and the almighty
Phase 1 got me there on August 22nd, 10 days early. :D :cb: :hyper: I still have 4 days left on it, so we'll see how that goes.

I think today during my party I just might have a couple jello shots!
