Looking for the Pulled pork recipe?

I cannot find it? I looked at freezer meals and only saw cook in crokpot. So how do you cook it in the crockpot. I have an extra tenderloin they were buy 1 get 1 last week so I have PUlled it out of the freezer not I need to know what to do with it. Thanks
