All yogurt has sugar because of the lactose in the milk. What you are looking for is yogurt that has no added sugar. I use Blue Bunny 85.

Barbara, and everyone else- You guys are the best. I am still getting adjusted to the South Beach life, and was definitely struggling. I was checking out some other forums, and this one is by far the best. Thanks again for all the advice!
