Ok, I didn't eat. Broke that chain of emotional eating.....

Dad is ok. His oxygen before he went in was 98, after he came out it was also 98. However, when he was on the table it dropped to less than 50. We take it as a sign.....he's not going through with it. He's at home right now trying to come down.

I'm pleased to hear that he is okay. Hopefully now that he is at home he will recover quicker. And good on you for breaking that cycle of emotional eating. Give yourself a pat on the back!
