Laurie, I'm with ya on the bummer of a week. :( Seems like every time I get a sunny disposition, someone rains on my parade. Yesterday it was that stupid scale, today it's work. Hang in there, we can make it! :grouphug:

Mama, I feel like I've had a sinus infection for the past five years. The only temporary relief I've found is saline nasal spray, exercise, and Zyrtek. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Weezle, where are you going on vacation? I'm a little bit jealous...but I'll be spending a long weekend in Seattle soon. I can't wait to get away from work for a while.

Sheila, hope your dad gets better soon.

jenne1017, we played a semi-final playoff softball game last week...EVERY time the other team got up to bat, it started POURING! We couldn't field the ball cleanly or throw on target. Needless to say we lost. ARG. Where did you find your keys?

Ruth, I LOVE getting up early and going for a walk around my neighborhood. Yesterday I saw the most stunning sunrise I've seen in a while. Breath-taking. I like having some private, quiet time before the chaos begins.

Tonight is my work Golf League. I hope it doesn't rain too much...if the course is too soggy, they'll cancel. My golf partner and I are playing against two guys that are hysterical. It would be a real shame to miss all the fun b/c of the weather.

Oh, no, I just realized that the shorts I was planning to wear for golf tonight are way too big. Crapola. Looks like I'll be having lunch on the run since I need to hit the mall for some new shorts. Wow. I thought I'd never complain about having clothes that are too BIG!

Afternoon ladies!! Just a quick post to let you know I am thinking about all of you and wishing you happy OP days. Came into work late, DD had a doctor appt and am cramming to get everything done. When you only work 3 days a week and then miss some of that time, not good.

I was OP yesterday but may have had too large a dinner portion. Scale has not moved in a week. And I have to miss kickboxing tonight. *sigh* But at least its not moving up, right?

Ruth- I was staying with my sister last week and she has a bichon freise (spelling?) and that little guy woke me up every morning because he HAD to "go out" :lol: It was actually kind of cute how he slept with me every night though.

Jenne- Sounds like an interesting night... my sister Raemy locked her keys in my other sister, Robyn's, house a few days ago. Robyn was four hours away! :lol: Fortunately Raemy's boyfriend had a spare to Robyn's house. It was hysterical for me -the little sister- though!

I have 1 month of summer vacation left... *sigh* It went by so fast, and this month is going to be babysitting as much as possible so I have some money to get school clothes, and eventually get a car! :D Have a great weekend!

Hey chickies I am back tried posting several million times yesterday only to have them all lost in space :mad: DH and I had a wonderful time on our trip. Jodi I am so sorry that I missed you I did not have my cell phone with me and I didn't see a pay phone anywhere and then to top it all off I left your seat number at the campground. What a race huh we are totally hooked we can't wait to go again. While we were on the long pond road waiting to get out a young fellow ran into the woods to have a pee and he came running back out saying he found a dead woman.... we never did hear anymore about it I was checking the internet to see if I could see anything but I never did hear? Did you see or hear anything.

Ruth- hope you will have puppies soon. I can't imagine getting up that early. Although I would love to see the sun rise. :smug:

I did not stay OP while I was away but I really did not think that I would as I have not been in the last month or so. I did however get the book for 12.00 which was quite a deal. I had borrowed it from the Library before as I just could not spend the 35.00 for it. I also got some Laughing cow cheese and some sugar free/fat free puddings that we do not have hear. We have ff but not the SF. Well chickes I hope this works this time. I will check in again later.
PS> I have decided that I am going to start phase 1 on Monday again. I am going away for the week end if it does not rain. We are having a family week end at my mothers trailer. Well I am off as I need to start thinking about supper.

Well, we were going to go to Upper Penninsula, Michigan for a family reunion/all week party in celebration of my mom's 50th birthday. Unfortunately, DF's unemployment ran out, and we're broke, so I'm floating in his mom's pool for a week. I could be doing nothing but cleaning house for a week, and I'd be THRILLED to not be at work. My friend Abdul is in Seattle right now....I've only been once, but had an enjoyable time. Have fun! :D
