Pray for me, chickies. I'm going to a dinner party and I just know it will be lasagna. Frances makes the very best lasagna in the whole of Ontario!

It's probably too late for tonight but you should mention to her how wonderful whole wheat lasagna noodles taste and how healthy they are. Maybe next time she can use whole wheat?

Back and safe! She made roast beef, salad and a spinach thingie. All excellent. Well,,,,she did have ice cream but I had only a small scoop and passed on the blueberry crisp, macaroni salad, potatoes fried in butter, butter tarts and pastry roll up thingies for a starter. I am not getting on the scale tomorrow morning!
