I do have a program that resizes and that is what I used. But I thought that when I uploaded the picture to my post when that when you clicked on it it would open up larger.

I think the humidity must just be blanketing the entire western hemisphere b/c it has been awful this weekend. Hubby and I braved walking through the arts festival here yesterday. Had two corn dogs and a snow cone while we were there cuz...well, you gotta have that stuff at festivals, but I justified it since I had to have sweat off at least a half pound by that point. Oy.

I am looking forward to lunch b/c I roasted a turkey breast last night, and I now have a ton of leftovers to have on salads this week. Sure beats the heck out of turkey cold cuts!

Has anyone tried the Luscious Lime Shrimp Salad recipe that was sent out on the Daily Dish a few days ago? I think I may try making that for dinner tonight, but it seems like it needs something besides just marinated shrimp and bibb lettuce... I like some bulk to my salads.

Hi Everyone... I have jury duty this week and have to call in every day... I don't have to be there today but I have to get all the grocery shopping done because DH didn't do it over the weekend like he said he would (said he couldn't figure out how to get the southbeach diet website to print out the shopping list) so I've got so much to do!

Despite having had the top half of a tirimisu peti four (didn't eat the cake part) I lost a little more than 2 pounds last week :)

I'm looking into joining the Jewish Community Center up the street from me to make use of the gym and pool.

We have the plans for the birthday party finalized. We're doing Chuck-E-Cheese at 5PM on Sunday. Unfortunately about half of the kids have other plans so it will be a small group but his closest friends will be there. It was actually my husband who was concerned about the cake not being OP. My son wants strawberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting for his birthday. Since I don't like strawberry cake, I can resist that easily. I'm just a little concerned that the other kids may not eat strawberry. I'm going to eat something before we go so I can resist the pizza (or I may have one slice).

We went to the Hawaiian Falls water park in the Colony. Brian likes it better than the one in Garland since it has a wave pool as well as the Lazy River.

The Salmon recipe was good! Do you have the cookbook? If not I can try to find time to type it in when I'm at home. Would you believe I can't by salmon steak in Richardson? Apparently it doesn't sell well enough. Oh, well, it is easy to get in Plano so I'll have to buy it on the way home from work. I made the recipe with salmon fillets but they don't cook evenly that way.

Hi ladies-

I am alive - but barely. Did fall off the wagon on Sunday - 2 slices of cheese pizza and oh, about 12 beers. Hey! At least they were lite! Tonight I won't be going to the gym as I am way too tired and busy, but will be trying to get to bed early and waking up early to go.

I know, I know! Don't faint. But it seems to be at least a 1/2 of cardio is better than nothing, right?
