G'day!
Well, after leaving the plan for a while, I have decided it is time to get back on track. I managed to dump 20 lbs during the time I was on SB, but think (scale avoidance issues) I have probably put back on at least 5 lbs. So back to phase I, and checking in here from time to time!
From lurking around for a couple of days, I recognize a number of familiar names and many new ones.
