OK, I'll try to settle down......................(deep breath)...... I broke the barrier!!!!! Not the sound barrier, the scale barier! Finally!!!!!! 139.5!!!!!

OK I'm having an episode again..............OK now I've settled down again. When I posted on the chick chat I had just pulled my sorry carcass out of bed. By the time I went for my little run and stopped long enough to have a session with the scales I was away from the computer so I'm just now posting. 50.5 pounds lost! Never to be found again!

You guys and your humor and support and twisted sense of irony have kept me grounded! THANKS!!!!
