This is the first exercise challenge that I have ever joined. For me, that is remarkable because I HATE exercising. Sooooo, I am committing to going to the track (at work) every workday.

July Total (so far) - 270 minutes

July 5 - 35 minute power walk :D
July 6 - 35 minute power walk (I love that indoor track)
July 7 - 35 minute power walk (three days in a row - chalk one up for me)

Wonder if I should be counting the 5 minute walk to the track and the 5 minute walk back from the track each day? Hmmmm

July 8 - 35 minute power walk (I counted the laps - 1.75 miles) plus the time and distance to and from the track
July 9 - 35 minute power walk (Halfway to my goal for this month - Woohoo)
25 minute walk with puppies
July 12 35 minute power walk (Didn't go to the track today, but walked outside - I think that I will be back at the track tomorrow)
July 13 35 minute power walk (Went back to the track - it is around the ice arena, so much cooler to exercise than outside)
July 14 35 minute power walk
July 15 35 minute power walk
July 16 nada - had to go home and do the DS's cleaning that he didn't have time to do before HE went on vacation. Isn't it funny that I would automatically have time to do it before I could go on holidays, but the child doesn't.
July 19 40 minute walk
July 20 90 minute walk
July 21 60 minute nature walk
July 22 60 minute walk
July 23 60 minute walk
July 31 30 minute swim

That would be all for July. Hopefully, August will be better.
