Ezekiel Bread
 

Has anyone tried this brand of bread? It makes DELICIOUS toast, here are the ingredients, so I am almost positive it is Phase 2 legal:

organic sprouted wheat, barley, millet, malted barley, lentils, soybeans, spelt, filtered water, fresh yeast, and sea salt

Per slice: 80 calories, .5 fat, 3 fiber, 0 sugar

Kiko, thanks for sharing! I haven't seen it. I wonder if the malted barley might have the same sugars in it as beer? I'm not the best at figuring out the ingredients in beer, but isn't barley one of them? Hmmm.... :chin:

It sounds nutty and yummy, though!

Trader Joes carries it. I've bought it and haven't had any problems. It does taste good.

:faint: Ah, Trader Joes!!!!!!!! I miss that store so very much! Although I must admit that it is probably better for my waistline that I am not nearby...those crumpets are beyond good, and I would be snarfing them! ;)
