I'm gonna eat a cookie today
 

:D It's my bosses birthday and our office is too small for a cake so I bought 4 big cookies and I am actually gonna have one of them. I'm so excited, lol. This is my first cookie since the beginning of April and I think I've definatly earned it!

enjoy it! but remember to get back on the horse. Don't be like me -- one day it was one beer, the next, carrot cake and 3 beers! LOL

The thought of eating a cookie makes me sick - they taste too sweet and fatty. Once you break the dessert habit, you really won't want this junk that has no place in a healthy diet. Why didn't you get some fruit?

I have fruit every day - that's why! One cookie is not gonna kill me or make me binge at this point in the diet. Besides, I already ate it and while it was good, it wasn't all that I had hoped and dreamed it would be, lol :) But it was nice to be able to have it and not worry.

Your right wendyjo a cookie wont kill you..lol. Just be sure to stay on track, because a whole package might....lol.
