DH and I are both on SBD. He dosen't have as much to loose as I do, and is much closer to his goal weight.
It's good to be supporting eachother but sometimes he has wacky ways of looking at things so I don't know how he will do once he gets to his goal weight and is ready for phase 3. I'm trying to make sure that he reads the books.
I'm doing this for me and, like Laurie, with plans to get fit in order to be able to have a baby. It's a big motivator that's for certian.
...now to get that G-D SCALE!
