Sugar free ice cream

Are we allowed to have Sugar free ice cream sweetned with Spenda?Are we allowed 75 calories of sweets in phase 1 or is it just when we get to phase2?And does this ice cream count?

75 calories of treats is Phase I but all are sugar free and artificial sweeteners ARE included. They do have calories.
