I have just started SBD on Monday. Today is day 4 and still feel like I am struggling. It is not so much that I am "craving" the carbs, it just that I am hungry all the time.
I read that I am not suppose to be hungry on this diet, but I am... The worse is when I get home from working out. I feel cold, clammy and nauseous. I am shakey and have to lie down. What am I doing wrong? I am trying really hard to follow Phase I to the T. It is pretty tough though.On a good note, I did lose 3 pounds already. I hope it will continue because that is all the motivation I have right now...
