Ok my idea was to buy the cheeseburger hamburger helper BUT I substituted skim milk, and used Whole wheat pasta....but did use the seasoning pack, which is really low fat oh and 96%lean ground beef, and just used half a pound of it...Please let me know if it is phase 2 ....thanks ladies :wave:

Sorry but we are supposed to avoid heavily processed foods and I'm sure there is a lot of Frankenfood stuff in the seasoning mix. What are the exact ingredients in the mix? What kind of low fat? Good for you to experiment! Whole wheat pasta and skim milk certainly improved the situation but what kind of cheese was in there? Sorry to be a party pooper!
