Mine is in the bathroom cabinet.

Let me tell you, I feel
so much better now that I've hidden it. I'll still weigh in occasionally (right now, I'm thinking monthly), just to make sure something is happening...But I started this journey concerned with getting healthy and active again, and I
am. In that sense, I've accomplished my goal.
Since putting up the scale, I've been noticing how I
look. A few days after hiding it, I looked in the mirror and noticed how baggy my pants were getting (I'd already noticed them starting to work their way down more than even lowrise jeans normally do

). I've noticed myself pulling up my shorts. I fit into a pair of stretchy size 16 pants I own. I went shopping the other day and I now own a size 16 dress that fits marvellously.
Overall, I feel a lot more accomplished
without the scale.
