No longer obese!!!
....just overweight. Today I stepped on the scale and I am 152 and according to BMI, I have left the obese category. Well it is one mini goal met I suppose.
I am on day 11 and feel pretty great. I have been getting headaches everytime I eat Splenda though, so I am stopping that. I plan on starting exercise on Wednesday, I figured I would get through my two full weeks first before. I have 3mile WATP dvd that I am excited to begin. I was doing the two miles for a few weeks before I started this but gave it a little break. I feel so motivated, I have never stuck to anything this long without cheating. Thanks everyone for your information, I have learned more here than in the book itself, you are all geniuses :D 115 here I come!! |
Yay, Steph!! That's wonderful, girl!! :cp:

Thanks Ellis! It definitely gives me new motivation even if it was a few pounds. :)

Keep up the good work!! This way of eating rocks!!
|
Congrats! :cheer:
How super exciting! I would love to find out where I am at...in the past I have been off any BMI chart I checked. Wonder if I am on there? Another milestone to look forward to...also being in one of the boxes on the back of the pantyhose! ;) Edit: back and found my BMI on line...I am *way* over the obese line! I have to get down to 214 to just barely squeak in to the Overweight category. Yet another reason to head to Onederland! :) |
Beachgal: You have done AMAZING so far. So congrats! The BMI is not really a good scale to go by, it doesn't take muscle mass into account. But I still check it to have some sort of number to go by.
