Welcome aboard
I am not on the meds but my dad is and he has the same problem...he is just wore out most of the time, BUT the good news is as the wieght continues to come off you will start to have more energy and possibly reduce the meds...which in turn makes dad feel better...Keep up the great work, but make sure your doctor knows what plan your following and that he is monitoring your progress just to be safe ;) Have an awsome day !!!

My cousin and I started this diet at the end of March. She too is on BP meds and I have low blood pressure (I know, not the problem you usually hear about). We both experienced a lot of fatigue.

Everyone struggles a bit during the first week because your body is changing its fueling system. You should expect some fatigue. If it doesn't lighten up in the next two weeks I would suspect the meds. It's great that you're keeping your doctor in the loop with your dieting.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
