Just started Phase 1 and have a few questions.

  • G'day,
    My hubby and I started Phase 1 on Saturday and are so impressed with how we are going. We are following the menu planner in the book and only changing some of the main meals to stirfrys because they are nice and easy...

    But I do have a few questions:
    - should we use the food list posted or the one in the book?
    - we are both really thirsty.. we are drinking 2-3 litres per day and still feel like we could drink more - is that normal?
    - Our sleep seems to be really light - is that also normal?

    We are actually feeling pretty good!

  • The food list posted is an updated one, so I would go with that rather than the one in the book. The SBD food list is updated as new info becomes available.

    Thirsty, I don't know but I do know I have been drinking more water just because it is good. I don't know about sleep either.
  • I drank alot more water when I first started as well. Sleep... I didn't hardly sleep at first but after the detox phase I slept better than I had in a long time! Welcome aboard and good luck!
