Welcome to the beach. Did you just start today? Don't let the first few days get to you. Once you detox from the sugar, its a breeze. The ladies here are awesome for support and guidance. You've come to the right place.

Welcome Rikki!! You've come to the right place for support. These women have been a fantastic inspiration for me. I couldn't stay on this diet without them. I try to log on each day for a reminder of how important it is for me to make the right food decisions. It really helps. (Because I'm really lazy about dieting and I've made it this far!!)
