First of all, welcome to The Beach. My connection is very slow to this site so I've not been able to post much.

Smoked salmon is 0 carbs so no sugar in it. Clamato is about 3 carbs, probably from the tomato. I don't think there is sugar in it but check the ingredients.

www.fitday.com is free and very handy for checking stuff.
