Tomorrow is the day...."a pound of flesh and all that stuff"

Let us all know how you did. Little mini goals are helpful for me. I lost a total of 4.5 pounds. Not unhappy about that at all. I hope you all were losers!

Still trying to meet my next "breakthrough" to see the "40's" by my official weigh in day of this Saturday. These are numbers my scales haven't seen for 10+ years, it is so cool! I'm actually buying pants from the normal person racks and they are loose! This diet has become such a way of life and I love it! :p

Congrats on the 4.5!!!

I know you can get to the 140s by Saturday!
Just don't give up for the moment what you really want!!!

I am down 3.5 right now but tomorrow is the day of truth!
