New to the Beach
Hi! I'm new to this message board. I'm just gearing up to start the South Beach Diet. I'm kind of worried though, because I don't eat seafood. Is there anything that I can substitute? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Welcome to the Beach -- this is my Day 1, too! If you go to the South Beach FAQ site, Ruth has posted a huge list of Phase I foods. There's so much that you'll see plenty of scale-less options!

I'm on my third week and have only had seafood once. You can eat most any meat as long as it's lean. i'm having meatloaf tonite :)
