Confused about a few diary products

Is light sour cream or light cream cheese allowed on any of the phases? Have read conflicting information. Can anyone advise.

Both are allowed according to the Good Fat Good Carb Guide.

Phase II only as they are not in the revised list for Phase I. See the list in FAQ. I didn't realize you were on Phase I.
