I want to play, too! I am starting tomorrow - I am shooting for 15, but will be absolutely delighted with 10. (I am hoping to be one of those people who loses 13 pounds in the first two weeks )

Last month was a wash due to 3 weeks of menopausal bloating, water retention ,sore boobs and fatigue YET no TOM. (Will this crap ever end?? )

I'm in too. I putting down 10. I am restarting SBD now. (though my breakfast of cookies was not to SBD friendly). I am excited because in 2 weeks I start a jogging program, I am aimming to finish a half marathon this fall ( if the weight drops maybe I will make in a full marathon). so I feel 10 pounds is pretty realistic with doing phase 1 and adding the jogging.
