[COLOR=Red]I just know that tomorrow is the day I go under 200. I have been at 200.5 off and on all week. I have drunk water till I am floating. I have cut back on wheat bread and rice, almost back to P1 again

Wish me luck and I will keep my fingers crossed. It's harder to eat like that anyway.
