HELP!!! The Splenda Candy Monster has hijacked me
 

oh no....tonight in Trader Joe's after an on plan day and a very hard run, some Splenda jelly beans and then some Splenda chocolate found my basket and jumped in. They made me buy them and then once I got home they unwrapped themselves and now they won't stop jumping and crumbling into my mouth!!! Help! I'm going to be ill....it just tastes so good...

Don't buy them again. Once I start I can't stop. It is so easy to go back to old habits.

Up a pound and a half this morning...

Splenda treats will now be few and far between. Ugh. Stalled weight loss. Not worth it!!!
