Another New Beach Bum

I started SBD on 4/27/04. Today is my Day 3. I have already lost 5 pounds. Got alot more to lose, but this is the perfect diet for me. I am glad I found this website!

I had started about month ago and got to about Day 8 of Phase I and stopped. But, I am ready now to go forever. :)

You are all very inspiring!
