today is day 1 for me on SBD. I have high hopes for this plan.
I tried atkins for awhile but I missed fruit alot, and i couldn't do the meat thing 24/7. I need some sort of variety. I'll tell you alittle about me. I'm 19 and a college student majoring in veterinary technology. I go to school in western ny, but I'm from northern ny. My bf is starting the diet with me today as well. so that should make it a bit easier. I'm at 210 right now, but hoping to get down to about 140ish.
