:dizzy: I just wanted to say hi to all and mention that I really do love the South Beach Diet. I am though getting a little bored with some things, but I just need to spice up my life! I'm down another two but what is up with the weekends...for whatever reason I cannot lose, even when I eat what I am supposed to be eating! Eeekkk! Oh well, even if I do lose Monday through Friday I'm happy! I have checked out some meals, very happy with them! Thanks All, E :dizzy: |
