just wanted to say hello. im new here to the SBD section anyways. i have been looking around on 3FC for almost 2 weeks now trying to decide what method i was going to use to lose weight. i have been reading about being a vegetarian.. about atkins.. about the SBD, etc.. and i have found that i like the looks of the SBD so far. so i believe i am going to attempt it. so wish me luck. lol

my name is wanda. i am 22 years old. i am a stay at home mother to a 10 months old baby boy named brayden james. and i am married to a sometimes wonderful man named ryan. lol i live in n. carolina.. topsail beach area to be exact. but i came from new york (upstate, utica/new hartford to be exact). and had lived there for the first 20 years of my life before i met my husband.

i gained all of my weight when i had my son. i believe i gained 55 pounds roughly. and i lost 30 of it when i had him.. then gained 10 back. so right now i am rougly 165. i am 5 foot 7 and 1/2 inches tall. and i would like to lose about 35 pounds so i can be back to my pre-baby weight.

well i wont bore you all anymore. if anyone has any questions.. please feel free to ask !!

Hey welcome to the beach. I have tried alot of plans and so far this is the best one! Pull up a chair and hang on the beach with us. Congrats on your new addition!

Welcome! I've tried about every diet out there and so far South Beach is my favorite because its not too restrictive and its healthy. Good luck! :D

thanks for the welcome everyone. im excited to try this whole SBD thing. i went grocery shopping earlier to pick up some stuff to start me off. i really hope this is the thing for me..
