Hello. Just found this web site today. Looks nice. I've been on the South Beach Plan for 5 weeks now. Doing great. I've lost 20 pounds. I'm half way to my goal weight. I figure by end of May I should done. I believe this is a managable "diet" and easy to maintain after reaching my goal. It's nice to find a free site to discuss the diet, tips, support, etc.
I hope to hear from fellow beach buddies.
