New to the Beach

I'm on the second week of Phase 1 and I have already lost 7 pounds! My husband is doing this with me and he has lost 6 pounds. I don't even feel like I'm missing out on anything!

This is my first week on the beach as well and so far I love it, I am never hungry anymore it seems and the cravings are gone :) I'm not sure how much I have lost because I don't have a scale but I know I have ny the way my clothes fit.
