I'm a newbie and I haven't loss any weight so far. It's day 5 for me in Phase 1. Am I doing it wrong? lol

I follow the exact diet plan in the book. Is this normal?

Hi Lanis
Everyone is different. Are you drinking lots of water? It is a good idea to do that in phase one. But keep at it, if you are following the programme you will lose, I am sure!!!

How fast and how much you lose also depends on how much you have to lose and how long you have been following another diet plan. Hang in there!
