New here :)

I'm new to the South Beach diet starting today. Normally I do WW and I do like that but I have wacky blood sugar so I wanted to see if SB will help with that. Plus I need to loose 30 pounds.

I have a quick question, can I have low fat sour cream and salsa on SB? I'm making black bean taco salad (minus the chips for me) tonight for dinner and would like that on my taco salad. I have the book (read it in one day.....lol) but couldn't find out if I can use sour cream and salsa.....

I will be here a LOT so I hope you will welcome me :)

I have stupid blood sugar problems too and this plan has normalized my readings. It will do the same for you and help you lose that weight.

Hey Skinnymini welcome. I do believe that you can have lf or ff sour cream and salsa. I have noticed my blood sugar has been wonderful since starting SBD.
